What Are The Requirements For A Mentorship On The Construction Generic Scorecard?

The Mentorship programme applies to the Construction sector code. Each Measured Entity must have one person in the business responsible and accountable for mentoring, called the mentor champion.

The criteria for the programme must include the objectives and desired outcome of the programme, the structure of the programme, methods of how the protégés and mentors will be selected and matched and the time frames for implementing the programme.

There must be a general portfolio of evidence supporting the objectives stated above. Should you be interested in a Mentorship Programme, please ensure that you obtain all the requirements for the program from your legal advisor to ensure it is done correctly.

The number of mentees required depends on the number of employees of the measured entity.

Mentorship Programs are amiable to implement and can provide the measured entity with three points if they comply with the requirements.
