Did You Know? – Employers can deregister from the Employment Equity Register

SEESA will assist Employers and guide them by completing & following the below steps:

  1. Complete the EEA14 (DG Notification form) – SDF Can Provide the Template.
  2. If the employer has become non-designated, the employer must attach a separate motivation and the latest audited financial statement of the company.
  3. Only the CEO/ Accounting Officer must sign the EEA14. Service providers/ consultants may not sign on behalf of the Accounting Officer/ CEO, as this is in direct contravention of the law.
  4. The signature on the motivation letter must be dated.
