COVID-19 TERS Data Errors

All employers who submitted claims for the 16 September–15 October period, prior to Wednesday the 25th of November 2020, must ensure that their applications are visible and displayed under the ”Saved Employees” tab.

If not, the employer must resubmit their claim either by loading a CSV file or capturing employees manually on the TERS portal.
