Employers often feel intimated when unions enter the workspace. Without the correct knowledge and information, conflict arises and this can further lead to strike action. Whilst trade unions represent the rights of the employees, it is important to remember that the employer is not helpless in this situation.
Our Trade Unions and Strike Management course explains the rights of the employers as well as how to deal with collective bargaining. The course addresses issues such as when an employer should recognise a trade union and under what circumstances the union is afforded rights. The strike negotiation phase and management of strike action are also explained to delegates in detail. The aim of this webinar is to empower attendees with the confidence and knowledge to handle any strike action.
