The Occupational Health and Safety Act forms the backbone of every company’s safety culture. Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace should be one of the top priorities of any company. In an ever changing environment, safety of employees and systems should never be compromised.

Our aim with this course is to give employers and employees a basic guideline to implement the correct systems and establish a productive and responsible safety program within the workplace. We look at how to effectively manage hazards in the workplace and the different appointments that are required according to section 17 of the OHS Act, as well as the necessary regulations to have in place in order to meet compliance as set out by the Department of Employment and Labour
