    • Your Annual Return of Earnings is due, or a past one was assessed incorrectly
    • You are unsure whether your UIF contributions are correct or in arrears
    • Your Return of Earnings invoice is too large to settle in one payment
    • You would rather hand the whole administrative burden to a specialist

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Letter of Good Standing?

It is the certificate confirming that your business is registered with the Compensation Fund and that your assessments are in order. SEESA assists you with obtaining it.

What do we do when an employee is injured at work?

An injury on duty generally has to be reported, and the process differs depending on the circumstances and on whether you are with the Compensation Fund, RMA or FEM. SEESA assists with reporting the injury and with the claim process.

What is the Annual Return of Earnings?

It is the annual declaration of employee earnings submitted to the Compensation Fund, which the assessment is based on. SEESA assists with the submission, and with rectifying an assessment that was calculated incorrectly.

Our Return of Earnings invoice is more than we can pay at once. What now?

Where the amount payable is too large for a lump sum but you need your Letter of Good Standing, SEESA assists with the Instalment Plan application process.

How do we know whether our UIF contributions are correct?

SEESA assists with calculating your UIF contributions and arrears, and with UIF registration.

    How is this charged?

UIF and Compensation Fund support is provided for a fixed monthly retainer fee, which gives you full access to and assistance with everything listed on this page.
